About Emily
Emily Lane is an associate attorney at Leffler, Bayoumi & Oliver, LLC. She focuses her practice on trusts and estates, including estate planning, probate, and guardianships, as well as family law, including divorce, custody, and child support modification.
A native to Maryland, Emily attended Towson University for undergrad and the University of Baltimore School of Law for law school. During law school, Emily worked for local law firms specializing in trusts and estates and landlord-tenant disputes. In her third year, she was a member of the Immigrants' Rights Clinic at the University of Baltimore, representing clients in immigration proceedings and asylum interviews at the U.S. Asylum Office in Arlington, Virginia.
Emily joined Leffler, Bayoumi & Oliver immediately following her clerkship for the Honorable Andrew M. Battista at the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
In her free time, Emily enjoys running and spending time with friends, family, and her two cats.
