Responsibilities

  • Observe client meetings, court hearings, and other legal proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and assist with case analysis (law students)
  • Assist with litigation support tasks and case preparation
  • Draft correspondence and legal documents under attorney supervision
  • Learn the discovery process and assist with document organization
  • Help with case organization, scheduling, and administrative duties
  • Study court procedures, legal ethics, and professional conduct
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • A genuine interest in family law and the legal profession
  • Professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
