Dalisis is an experienced paralegal with over five years in the legal field and has been a valued member of the firm for more than a year. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology, graduating magna cum laude, as well as a Master's degree in Integrated Homeland Security Management, from Towson University. Known for her dedication to justice and integrity, Dalisis is committed to delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented support and contributing to the firm's high standard of legal service.

Aleena is a legal studies professional with a strong academic background and a clear commitment to the legal field. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Legal Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies with a minor in History from the University of Baltimore, where she graduated with honors. As a pre-law professional with intentions to attend law school, Aleena builds on the legal research, writing, and analytical skills she has developed through her work at the firm, gaining practical experience that complements her academic training.

Alexandra is a 10-year team member of Leffler, Bayoumi & Oliver, LLC. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a dual degree in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education. Her background in early childhood education, family law, and estate administration allows her to approach each family with empathy, insight, and a practical understanding of how to support them through challenging transitions. She enjoys spending time with her children, engaging in research studies, and running a small crafting business.

Teaira is a psychology major with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and emotional dynamics. Her greatest strength is empathy, which guides her client-centered approach, clear communication, and ability to support individuals through complex and sensitive matters. She is also the owner of a pet care business and an aspiring author, bringing creativity, and compassion into every aspect of her work.
